If it is already cleaned up from loose dirt, then you have to begin cleaning it thoroughly. You need to have a rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab. Alcohol is best for this kind of procedure because it dries quickly. Wet the swab as lightly as possible to ensure that your jewelry is not soaked up. Moisture can damage the appearance of it if it gets through.



To ensure every stone is properly cleaned, you have to do it one by one. There are some designs who have metal coverings on them, make sure that it is cleaned as well. You can also wipe out some extra moisture that is present by using the other end of the cotton to dry it up.



Some rhinestone jewels has some delicate parts too, so you have to take it slow if you clean it. In this case, you have to get a small amount of cotton from the cotton swab and use the same process. You can use the toothpick to stick in the small amount of cotton for a much more convenient cleaning.



There are various ways you can clean a jewelry depending on the type of material they are made up. But before you try to clean up something, you have to make sure first that you are properly cleaning it up, because if not, then you might be frustrated on how it will turn out. Most jewelries are expensive and keeping it as beautiful looking as possible is your responsibility.
